Who we are

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us through the three forms on this site:

• Careers — your name, email, area of interest, a note, and the resume file you attach.
• Teaming — your name, company, email, what you are interested in, and a description of the opportunity.
• Sentinel demo — your name, organization, email, interest, and a note.

We do not run advertising trackers, analytics pixels, or third-party cookies. The only browser storage this site uses is what your browser needs to render the page.

Where it goes

Form submissions are received by Netlify Forms, the form service of the platform that hosts this site, over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and are forwarded to Trinity by email. Netlify stores a copy in Trinity's site dashboard. Nobody outside Trinity leadership reads them. We do not sell, rent, or share your information, and we do not use it for anything other than the conversation you started — a hiring conversation, a teaming discussion, or a product demo.

How long we keep it

Resumes and inquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for up to two years afterwards so we can reach back out as missions ramp up — unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

Email Jgammon@TrinityNuclear.ai at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will confirm when it is done, including removal from the hosting dashboard.

Links to other sites

The Employee Portal links to ADP and to Trinity Forge; the footer links to LinkedIn. Each of those has its own privacy terms, which apply once you leave this site.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date below changes with it. Nothing in it lets us do more with your information than you agreed to when you sent it.
