Trinity Nuclear Management was founded in Los Alamos County by a project-controls principal who spent nearly thirty years proving, month after month, what the scope did to the baseline. The company delivers that discipline to DOE, DoD and private nuclear programs — and builds the software its own project managers wish they had always had.
Jeff is a project management and project controls professional with nearly 30 years in the nuclear industry — 18 of them at Los Alamos National Laboratory. He has led project direction on DOE-EM legacy cleanup and program management for NNSA plutonium operations, and specializes in cost estimating, Earned Value Management, and Primavera P6 scheduling.
Most recently he served as Program Manager with ARIES at TA-55, supporting the Weapons Division. He spent four years with N3B on the Los Alamos legacy environmental cleanup contract as acting Project Director and Project Management Lead, and several years as a Project Manager for Plutonium Infrastructure and the Capital Projects Division. Earlier he was the Laboratory's subject-matter expert for low-level waste, managing storage, handling and disposition of LLW and MLLW.
He founded Trinity to bring governed AI efficiency to federal project controls — building the tools Trinity delivers with, inside the cleared-data boundary.
The hard part of a project isn't executing the scope — it's proving month after month what the scope did to the baseline and the schedule.
Principal-level ownership on every engagement. No layered escalation, no lost context, no bench-and-switch.
Our tools draft the narrative and flag the risk; a named, qualified person approves every change, and the record shows who and why.
Registrations, clearances, security posture, product maturity — stated plainly, including the gaps. An evaluator should never find a claim we can't back.
A program briefing, a teaming conversation, or a look at Sentinel on one of your schedules — thirty minutes, with Jeff.
